A spring walk

Tom and I walk to Brandy Springs Park. The geese and ducks are fun to watch. This is a warm St. Patrick's Day. Daffodils are blooming a month early.

This is Wingspan a free pattern from Ravelry. I am just getting started there will be a lot more points 8 at least. I have used 40 gms of my 100 gm ball of yarn. This is a handed Sea silk yarn from The Fleece Artist in Halifax. This is the only skein of yarn I purchased on the Knitting Cruise in Oct. I wanted to knit something special for myself. When I saw the pictures of Wingspan on Wendy's blog I thought it would be perfect. I am using #4 circular needles it is all garter stitch short rows. Easy and quick.
